Hi Sierra Chart support,

My order is not executed. I didn't turn on 'Trade Simulation Mode On' but I received error message "SendOrderToTradeService is not consistent with 'Trade>>Trade Simulation Mode On' setting. Order action ignored". Can you help please? I have attached screenshot of my 'Trade Simulation Mode On' setting and Trade Service Log for your reference.

'Trade Simulation Mode On' and 'SendOrderToTradeService' are mutually exclusive:
Nothing happens of they are both OFF, or both ON.

Since 'Trade Simulation Mode On' is unchecked (off), 'SendOrderToTradeService' must be ON to execute an order, and this would allow live trading with real money.

thanks Sawtooth. How can I turn on the 'SendOrderToTradeService'? I can't find anything on that in Documentation. Please advise. Thank you.

How can I turn on the 'SendOrderToTradeService'
This setting is in these autotraders:
- Spreadsheet System for Trading study.
- Trading System Based On Alert Condition study.
- A custom ACSIL study.

Are you using one of these studies?

Hi Sawtooth, I opened trades manually through Trade Window but the error occurred. However, despite the error message, the trades eventually executed after delay updated to dashboard.
