'Trade Simulation Mode On' and 'SendOrderToTradeService' are mutually exclusive: Nothing happens of they are both OFF, or both ON. Since 'Trade Simulation Mode On' is unchecked (off), 'SendOrderToTradeService' must be ON to execute an order, and this would allow live trading with real money.
