Hi Sierra Chart support, My order is not executed. I didn't turn on 'Trade Simulation Mode On' but I received error message "SendOrderToTradeService is not consistent with 'Trade>>Trade Simulation Mode On' setting. Order action ignored". Can you help please? I have attached screenshot of my 'Trade Simulation Mode On' setting and Trade Service Log for your reference. Regards, Ken |
