I installed an older version (1166) and am still getting the errors. Other than this, everything else seems fine.

You would still see it on 1166 as well. We are trying to track the problem down and from what we can tell this does not appear to be a problem within Sierra Chart itself. I had K9 web filtering installed and previously had some issues with it. I uninstalled it, rebooted, and the errors are gone. It's important that I have k9 installed. The errors began immediately, even before I opened any chartbook. |

Two things about this: 1. Your firewall software will need to be disabled to allow the connection to the Sierra Chart server. We cannot help with firewall problems but it is blocking the connection. Why, we do not know. You will need to contact your firewall provider for help with it. 2. There is a problem where the HTTP request and connection is being retried over and over again and in this kind of scenario that should not be happening. There is also not a delay between the requests and there needs to be a delay. So this is something we are going to be solving as well.
