Hello, I have a problem with the real time data for the S&P500 micro futur. I have the data when I use the Interactiv Broker data, but with SC data it doesn't works. Thank you for your help

You are setup to get the data from both the CME and COMEX exchanges, so you should be getting this data. Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. John, Thank you for your fast reply. I found the problem. The Symbol... I log to my Interactiv Broker to have the real time data for the coming month and when I cam back to the SC data the symbol wasn't right, I dont know why caus Last months I didnt have this problem and it is why I submitted a ticket. When you change your service on the Data/Trade Service Settings window and you select OK to close that window, you are prompted to update your symbols. In general, you want to say "Yes" to this question. If you forget, or if you open another chartbook later, then you can update the symbols by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
