Hello I updated to Service Pkg 12. I went through the set up procedure on the Market by Order Data page and the Update Symbol Settings page. After doing that, I do not receive any MBO data in the DOM Bid Market Orders Column or the Ask Market Orders Column. I have the most recent version of SC (2624). And, I do receive data through the Time and Sales Window, just not on the DOM. Thank you |

You are not setup to get any data that includes the Market Depth data. You need to have the Market Depth data in order to get the Market By Order data. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Adding Support for CME Market Depth Data Keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated, so if you activate an exchange today (March 26, 2024) you will pay the full monthly amount for the remainder of March and then pay again on April 1, 2024. So you may want to wait until April 1, 2024 to activate any new exchanges. If you are going to change your exchanges such that you are not going to keep your current one, then be sure to "Deactivate" it prior to April 1, 2024 so that you are not charged for it on that date. Setting it to "Deactivated" does not turn it off, it just sets it to not renew, so you will continue to get the data for that exchange through the end of the month.
