Hello SC,

I am having several issues with my Sierra Chart that I believe are somehow related, possibly to my data feed (my best guess). I am currently using the Sierra Chart provided delayed exchange data. I have the following issues:

- New data will not load in, I am still looking at Friday's bars.
- Only one month of data will load. Both settings "Use Number Of Days To Load" and "Use Date Range" do not work if I try to extend the historical data range in my (Intraday) chart.
- The continuous futures data functionality does not work.
- When I go to File >> Find Symbol, there are no symbols for me to choose from.
- When I open a new chart (using File >> Open/New Intraday Chart), I get a message on screen that says "Symbol settings not found for current service".
- When I add the numbers bars study to my chart, the study does not work, and when I remove the study, most of the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings are changed to other values, like the tick size is set to 0.01 for ES, the Price Display Format, Real-Time Price Multiplier and Currency Value per Tick are also changed.

You do not have the right Current Selected Service in Sierra Chart selected.

Follow the below instructions:

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

We think it is also safest for you to not use any existing charts, and just open all new charts because they may not be properly configured.

If you still see missing data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
