Data update gets stuck for delayed stream data

I am using delayed data, and I find the data update always gets stuck these days. I learned that might because of server transferring, and I wonder when the streaming can back to normal.

I know there is a 10-min delay, I mean the data update is stuck. For example, the data stop updating for a few seconds and then recovers. The symbols I am watching are ES and GC, which are very common...
