hi ,
For the Friday march 22 session , the cumulative delta was not showing any data as well as the footprint ( please see attachment ) . I have circled the area where we should be seeing market orders... thank you for your help

What is the symbol for those charts?

And what is your setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to?

mY setting for ' DATA TRADE SERVICE SETTING " >> COMMON SETTING IS SET >> ALLOW SUPPORT FOR SIERRE CHARTE DATA FEED ...is set to YES . They Symbol is the EMI S&P .. I realized I did not download the current version . Hopefully it will be fixed by tomorrow . The symbol is the EMINI S&P .. thank you

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart.

Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions:

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
