Hello,

I have a few issues, first off the example chartbook with all of my charts and studies is missing. I had opened a new chartbook today and when I closed everything out I clicked save all and now the only chartbook opening is the new one with no studies and there are no chart tabs at the bottom. I spent a lot of time figuring out the study settings for the charts I used and dont want to have to figure that all out again. The learning curve for your charts is steep. The only thing listed in the data file is the chartbook with no tabs. I hope there is an easy fix for this.

Second issue is I just set everything up for live data and activated what I wanted and it is still delayed. I used Edge Clear and funded the account, they told me they set everything up with Teton. I logged out and back in multiple times this morning and then went to work. When I came home I logged back in and thats when I noticed everything (chart tabs) missing in chartbook and still no live data. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Mark

For the chartbook issue, use one of the backup files that we create. Refer to the following:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File

With regards to the data, everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting real-time data for instruments traded on the CME exchange, as that is the exchange that you have active.

Keep in mind that if you have changed your "Current Selected Service" then you may need to update your symbols, as each service uses different symbols. To do this, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

Thank you got everything working. I do have another question, when using a volume by price indicator, how do you get it to display historical value after contract rollover? I have it set to 50 day in the settings.

Whatever data you have in the chart is what the Volume by Price will be showing. So if you have a Continuous Contract, then wherever the rollover is at that time is where the distinction is made between the data. You can view the rollover date by selecting "Chart >> Show Rollover Dates".

What I want to see is the last 50 to 60 days of volume in my current chart. After the current rollover it only shows the current volume since then. What settings do I need to adjust to see the last 60 days?

You need to use a Continuous Futures Contract Chart:
