Hello, I have a few issues, first off the example chartbook with all of my charts and studies is missing. I had opened a new chartbook today and when I closed everything out I clicked save all and now the only chartbook opening is the new one with no studies and there are no chart tabs at the bottom. I spent a lot of time figuring out the study settings for the charts I used and dont want to have to figure that all out again. The learning curve for your charts is steep. The only thing listed in the data file is the chartbook with no tabs. I hope there is an easy fix for this. Second issue is I just set everything up for live data and activated what I wanted and it is still delayed. I used Edge Clear and funded the account, they told me they set everything up with Teton. I logged out and back in multiple times this morning and then went to work. When I came home I logged back in and thats when I noticed everything (chart tabs) missing in chartbook and still no live data. Your help is greatly appreciated.
