How to Post a Message for Support

DOM, Bid & Ask Market Orders Column added but not enabled.

I have successfully added the "Bid Market Orders Column & Ask Market Orders Column to my DOM. The columns have been added successfully how ever no data is manifesting in the columns. I have gone to the "Global Settings" in the dashboard. Then the "Symbol Settings" where I selected ES?##-CME (ES Mini S&P 500 Futures). I then changed the "Minimum Market By Order Quantity" to 1 just to test it and in the "Global settings" "Graphic settings" I have scrolled down to the "Chart DOM Bid Market Orders" & the "Ask Market Orders" where I noticed that I am unable to click on the " Enable" box. I also tried this for the "Trade DOM Bid Market Orders" & the "Trade DOM Ask Market Orders". I was unable to click the box to "Enable" it there as well. I also disconnected and reconnected the data by going to "File" & then "Disconnect" then I went back to "File" & clicked on "Connect to Data feed". Still it was not working. So I then tried to exit the software after I Saved the settings & still not able to Enable it. I also played around with the "Minimum Market By Order Quantity" trying different values & still got nothing. I am on the Demo. Please help me understand why this will not work. Thank you.

Hi I just purchased the Package 12 and MBO is not working. I inquired in the demo and was shown the solution here. Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions This worked out in the Demo and I had no problems with receiving MBO data. Why after paying for Package 12 is this not working. I repeated the steps in the link above and also after no success reinstalled Sierra Chart to start from scratch. I AM ONLY TRADING THE ES MINI S&P 500 FUTURES". Please help me understand what I am doing wrong. Thank you.

First, we want to point out that you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. If you need help connecting to your trading service and getting setup with real-time data, then let us know. That aside, you should be getting the delayed streaming data and you should be getting the MBO data with that delayed data. Please get us an image of your chart/trading DOM so we can see what you have setup. Thank you for getting back to me with in the same day. I do appreciate that. I have attached an image of my Trader DOM. I believe the MBO is in the Combined Bid Ask Market Order Column. As well I would like to understand how to Connect to a trading service with real time data. Also I will be using IBKR. Thank you. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1711998434399.png

What is your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

We do not see any reason why you would be having an issue. We are not seeing anything wrong with your Chartbook. Do you have the following settings set appropriately: - Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Subscribe Market by Order Data When Market Depth Subscribed: Yes - Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Use Separate Connection for Market by Order Data: Yes.
