First, we want to point out that you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. If you need help connecting to your trading service and getting setup with real-time data, then let us know. That aside, you should be getting the delayed streaming data and you should be getting the MBO data with that delayed data. Please get us an image of your chart/trading DOM so we can see what you have setup.
