I have a demo account on TP Futures which use sierra chart. I have received login and password but my account is blocked. TP Futures claims that it is not theirs fault. Would you tell mi how can I unblock my account? If you need any further information, I will send you a message with data that you need.

Your account has been activated and/or reset.

A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

You need to log into Sierra Chart using your Grzesiek82 account.

Thank you, Sierra Chart works good (only if I log into Sierra Chart as Grzesiek82). But if I log to TP Futures (and apear the same window like into sierra chart) - TP Futures confirms my log and password, but does not want to admit me. It is important becouse TPFutures offers also futures market into their demo account and I would like to trade in this market. TP Futures is still blocked and still I do not understand why. In attached PrtScr with my desktop, where you can see how looks my problem.

For help with the TransAct/TP Futures trading software you will need to contact your broker about that.
