Delayed Data/Issues connecting to prop account

Recently purchased Service Package 11 as well as Full-Depth CME data (non-professional). Using Sierra's recommendation, I funded a small account with EdgeClear/Ironbeam to accomplish this.

When I connect to 'SC Data - All Services' my data is delayed by 10:10. When switching to the prop account (Rithmic), I input my Trading Username/Password without the Market Data or Historical data (to use Denalli feed), however when I click 'ok', today's data is not loading. It loads the data from 2/8, but nothing for today 2/9. I've looked through the Sierra documentation for troubleshooting this, but can't seem to find what I'm missing. Would appreciate any assist in getting live data.

You have not connected to your account with Edge Clear. Your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00", this will update to 30 days in the future when you make a proper connection to your live account. You can view this date at the following link:

Note that you will need to make this connection every month to update the "Verified Until" date. Follow the instructions at the following link for this:

Thank you for the prompt response. Following the instructions you have listed, when I try to connect to Ironbeam, I get the message "No trade accounts assigned". Does this mean something on Ironbeam's side has not been set up correctly? And as follow-up, I was under the impression that teton routing did not require the monthly login. Is this something I need to followup with Ironbeam about?

The message "No Trading Accounts Assigned" can mean a few things, going in order from most likely to least likely:
- You did not select the correct "Clearing Firm" in your Data/Trade Service Settings
- Ironbeam has not finished the setup for your account - check with them on this
- Ironbeam entered your Sierra Chart Account Name incorrectly - check with them on this


If you are going to stay connected to your Teton account, then you do not need to do the once a month connection. But if you are not going to stay connected (i.e. you are going to connect to your Prop Firm account for your daily trading), then you will have to make the connection at least once a month to update your "Verified Until" date.

Understood, thanks for that clarification. I will reach out to Ironbeam to confirm they are finished setting up my account.
