                You have not made a connection to your new brokerage account. Your "Verified Until" date is currently showing as "2023-12-31".                 on Sierra charts I am getting the link to "connect to data feed" disabled. My broker at Clear Edge says I need to sign agreements and make right selections in Sierra charts. I am getting bounced between Clear edge and Support here. All this time, my issue persists. please help.  |

                At this time, everything you need with your account is activated and you have successfully connected to Teton. So the next step is for us to look at a particular issue with an individual symbol. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".                 1. The symbols are different depending on what service you are set to. It is always best to use the "File >> Find Symbol" to get the correct symbol for your service. Refer to the following: File Menu: Find Symbol (File) For the Micro E-Mini when you are connected to the Teton Order Routing Service, the symbol would be MESH24_FUT_CME 2. To trade live, make sure you have your connection to your trading service setup properly in your Data/Trade Service Settings, and then make sure the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" does NOT have a checkmark next to it (this means you are in live trading mode). To trade in Simulation mode, it's the opposite of the above. Make sure the option for "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode" HAS a checkmark next to it.
