I have a Denali package 11 Scratching my head on this one, for February I routed my IBKR to Sierra chart as per the setup instructions for market data feed via IBKR. It worked fine yesterday but I have a feeling now my Nasdaq totalview subscription from January was still working. Regardless, my issue this morning is that ES is giving me live data but SPY, Level 2/ time and sales on SPY are delayed. On my IBKR I can pull up SPY chart and the data is live so I don't think it is not a market data subscription package issue. Anyone can shed any light on what the issue maybe? I can watch SPY charts, time and sales and market depth live on IBKR. So this must come to down to a routing issue for Nasdaq as my ES is working on Sierra but other Nasdaq tickers are showing delayed data.

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us, as you do not have any exchanges currently active. Keep in mind the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, and you did not have enough funds in your account on February 1, 2024 to cover the cost of the renewals. At this time, if you are getting real-time data for ES, then that data is coming from Interactive Brokers. The data for the NASDAQ TotalView is the delayed streaming data because you are using the -NQTV symbol, which tells Sierra Chart to get that data from us. I don't think I was clear in my post. I am not looking to get data from Sierra. I am looking to use the data package I am already paying for via IBKR. ES/CME data is coming through but the live data for SPY(NQTV) is not coming through. I just reloaded funds and subscribed for the mean time but ideally I want to just be able to carry over the exchange data I am already paying for to Sierra.

If you are wanting to get the data for SPY from Interactive Brokers, then you just need to use the appropriate Interactive Brokers symbol. When you use a symbol with the -NQTV suffix, this specifically means to get the data from us. I don't see SPY on the list of IB indexes. Only SPX and it isn't loading any data. However, I am currently connected using IBKR data and it seems like the delayed notification is gone and the SPY-NQTV is displaying live data. Is it possible that my Sierra Nasdaq total view is pulling inconjuction with my IBKR CME data? All data is working as I type this but looking for you to confirm so that I know what I need to have subscribed to going forward for next month. Thankyou

SPY is not an index, it is an equity. So it would get pulled up like any other equity and not like an index. Right now, you have the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange active with us. Therefore, any U.S. Equity for which you add the suffix of -NQTV will come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Any other data would be coming from Interactive Brokers.
