I made a payment 2 days ago, to reactivate my denali and usage time account, but I am still on delayed quotes.
Can you assist please?

You have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account recently. Your "Verified Until" date is showing as "2024-01-31". Once you connect to your live account, then this date will update to 30 days in the future and you will get the real-time data again. You can view your "Verified Until" date at the following link:

We see the account is with Ironbeam. Is your Ironbeam account set up on Teton order routing or CQG?

Have Ironbeam move your account to Teton order routing. So there is automatic verification of your trading account. Instructions:

Hi,

It seems I am on delayed quotes again. Before I make a payment for both denali and my monthly fees, I want to make sure I can have my real time data reconnected. I usually send a copy of my statement, but I didnt do any trading this month w ironbeam, so will that be an issue to have real time quotes turned back on?

Hi User409644, Ironbeam can put you on the Teton Order Routing Service without Sierra Chart's intervention; when Ironbeam has added you to the Teton Order Routing Service, your set-up instructions begin with step #5 here:

Then please activate the CME Group Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:

Ok.
I am able to get realtime quotes prior to that happening. I am not planning on trading for another 10 days or so, but Id like to be able to work with charts ....in advacne if possible.

From what I can see you don't have any Usage Time, you can make a payment here via Stripe (Credit Card) or via Paypal:

I havent used my ironbeam account this month, as i have been traveling, so I dont have any activity in it.

What I am trying to do is do some testing before trading , and I wont be able to do that with delayed quotes. What can I do to enable realtime quotes, in advance of trading?

You could activated the Professional Exchanges, that would be 15x to 55x the cost of the Non-Professional options.

For the manual Non-Professional verification the Futures Trading Account statement should include at least 1 CME Group Futures Trade -- that satisfies the "active" requirement.

From the CME Group Certification:
"The Non-Professional Subscriber must:
****a. have an active and funded futures trading account***
b. be an individual, natural person or small business entity"

Something with a trade from March would get you verified to the end of April, or a statement with a trade from April would get you verified to the end of May. Nothing from February is helpful.
