The service package page states that I must purchase one of the integrated packages to use Denali real time data and connect it but on another page it states that the package comes with Denali. My question is that Do I have to purchase the Denali feed separately and if it comes with the Integrated package, then which exchanges does it come with? |

Sorry for the confusion. The "Integrated" packages are required in order to be able to access the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But you do have to activate and pay for, the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. There are two different instructions to follow depending on what data you want (The CME Group has one set of instructions, and any other exchange has a different set of instructions). You will find these instructions, and other information for our Denali Exchange Data Feed at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I'm a retail trader using Robinhood broker for trading SPY options. I'm interested in using real-time SPY footprint charts for day trading. Could you recommend the most suitable plan for my needs? Thanks

You will want to use Service Package 11 which supports Numbers Bars: Numbers Bars And you will need to activate the US equities Consolidated Tape exchange: US Stock/Equities Consolidated Tape Data Feed Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:
1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services". Or you can also go to this page in your browser: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password if necessary. 2. Choose the particular Service Package and the number of Months that you want and press the "Update/Set" button. If you are on a Trial, you will first need to add sufficient credit to your account to pay for the chosen Service Package/Months. In this case, refer to the step below. Once that is done you can then choose the Service Package and number of Months. 3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit For further information, refer to: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Renewing Access Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi, thank you for your detailed response. Could you please clarify the total monthly cost I’d be paying if I subscribe to Service Package 11, activate the US Stock/Equities Consolidated Tape Data Feed, and use the Numbers Bars feature? Just want to make sure I understand the full cost breakdown including any exchange or data fees. Appreciate your help!

Package 11 for 1 month costs $46.00. You can reduce this by purchasing multiple months up-front. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Multiple Month Purchase Discount The "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange costs $10.00 per month. Keep in mind that the packages and the exchanges renew at different times and in different ways. The packages renew on a rolling 31-day cycle. So when you purchase a package, you are given 31 days of Usage Time. Those days start from whenever you activated the package in the month. Since not all months have 31 days in them, the actual renewal date each month will change. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and are not pro-rated. So you pay the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activate the exchange, and then you will pay the full amount on the first day of each month following that. I’m trying to purchase the “U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape”, but I received a message saying that exchanges cannot be activated for trial accounts. I’m ready to buy Package 11 with the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape data feed. Please let me know how I can proceed and start using it right away. |

As we’re approaching the end of April, I wanted to ask—when would be the best time to purchase the package to ensure I get the full 31 days of access? Should I wait until May? Also, could you clarify when the 31-day period begins—does it start from the date of purchase or from the beginning of the calendar month? |

the 31 day period starts with the purchase (so it doesn't matter when you start), the real-time data packages are charged by calendar-month (for this each 1st is the best start date)
