I am using NQTV data as suggested and still facing issues in getting Bid size and Ask size column missing information, Can you please help?

I have already tried the following

"As you mention, the way to get market depth for SPY is to use SPY-NQTV, you should be getting the full market depth for this symbol. Since you are not, refer to the following:

Please get us a chartbook that has that Trading DOM in it that shows this issue. Follow the instructions at the following link to do this:

We are not seeing any issue with the Trading DOM that has SPY-NQTV in it, but you also have a Trading DOM open for SPX500. SPX500 is a CFD and we do not have market depth data for CFDs. We have attached an image of what we see when we open your Chartbook.

I am seeing the same problem with _MBO symbols but only on the market depth window. (i.e. I only see the current ask/bid on the market depth window). I do see all the depth on the DOM though.

You are on Package 5 and do not have the real-time data for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. As such, you do not have access to the Market Depth data for the U.S. Equities. NASDAQ does not allow us to publish any market depth data without it being paid for.

If you want to get the market depth data, you would need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages and pay for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Refer to the following:

We do not see any issue with the SPY_MBO symbol and the Market Depth window. Make sure you have the correct Market Depth window open for the particular chart.

I have already paid for the Service package 5 until 2024-06-08, how do I upgrade to the service package 11 for the remaining time?
Would you be able to upgrade my account with the remaining difference? I can update the balance from my end

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.
