Hello,

I have followed all recommendations in regards to missing data. I have deleted and re-downloaded multiple times. I've been using Sierra Chart for some time and this has never happened.

There is at least a 30 minute discrepancy between bars. I have looked on other charting platforms that use the FXCM data feed and they haven't printed the same error on their charts. Only Sierra Chart has.

We need to understand what data is missing. We need to know the symbol, the date-time range of the missing data and the time zone.

The screenshots show the symbol, CORNF on FXCM and the date-time range on the vertical axis.

We will not look at those screenshots. Provide a text description. Also for chart images only use this method:

Is the time zone London or US Eastern time? We do not know. You are mentioning two different time zones.

And also regarding FXCM data, this data comes from FXCM.

The time zone is London, I have drawn a vertical line on top of the two candlestick bars, that's where the gap in data is.

The first candlestick displays 15:12 on the vertical AXIS, the second candlestick immediately after displays 15:42 on the vertical AXIS.

A discrepancy of 30 minutes between 1-minute candlesticks. The Chartbook is attached.

FXCM data comes from FXCM yet the same data feed on another charting platform does not have this issue.

So, the question is why? and how do I fix it?

We do see this missing data on January 18:
https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1706075885814.png

The FXCM server must have been down that time. Do not ask us why do not see it with other programs. The FXCM servers we were using did not deliver the data at that time. They were down. FXCM is not entirely reliable. Case closed.

We recommend not using FXCM substandard data and instead, use our Delayed Exchange Data Feed and use CBOT futures for corn:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

You are welcome to take your business elsewhere if you want this FXCM substandard data. We could care less about it.

I wasn't sure if it was something to do with my chart or session times. I'll use the delayed data feed moving forward.
