Hi,

I recently added Nasdaq global indexes but cannot get live data. please see below for information detail:

running SC V. 2576 64 bit.
Symbols were Updated from server and used global symbol setting was applied on chart symbol tab.
Disconnected then reconnected data and also shut down and restarted several times and no luck getting live data. the messages being displayed on chart are:

1.a.Requested symbol was not found. click for symbol information. (red)

followed by:

1.b. Waiting to download historical data. (yellow)--> Downloading historical data. Bars may not appear until done-->historical download complete.

Examples of Symbols being used are (NDXT-NQGI and NBI-NQGI)

date service CQG WebAPI [trading]

Note: Even though I had the same error messages yesterday 1/4/24 when it was first set up, the actions taken above allowed me to view live data. Today 1/5/24 im unable to get live data.

please advise... thank you.

You have the exchange active, so you should not be having any issues. If you are still having a problem then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We will then determine what the problem is.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
