Delayed data Issue

I have upgraded my service package to 10 and also activated Denali but I am still getting delayed data feed? I have connected to "SC Data - All Services [Data]. I have reconnected after couple of months. What do I need to do?

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Hi,

I am opened account with IRON BEAM and they are saying that they will connect to Teton. In this case shall I be able to use Denali data feed as qualify for "Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement"?

Yes, you will be able to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates since you will have a valid account with IronBeam.
