sierra showing delayed data even though services activated?

Hello.

My Sierra chart is showing delayed data. Even though I have activated Integrated MBO and Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading account. These are the two that I always activate. It's still showing delayed after 20mins. I've closed sierra, reconnected.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Hi

So my AMP account is still funded. I've never had to verify it before over the past two years. How do I go about this?

Hi

So I did actually read that link prior.

I got the issue fixed. I AMP disconnected my live account. I had to submit a new request and then go into SC and re-upload my logins.
