how do I save my numbers bars chart study on one window as a template to apply to other new Chartbooks and symbols?

There are a couple of options: 1) Save the Numbers Bars Defaults as you want them. Then whenever you apply the Numbers Bars study to a chart it will have those defaults. Refer to the following: Chart Studies: Using Custom Default Study Settings 2) Save the Numbers Bars study as you want it as a Study Collection.
