Denali Data feed delayed - Have followed all support docs but no fix

Hi, I have an active AMP funded non professional account, I have paid for and activated Denali with SC and have a suitable package paid for with Sierra Chart to allow Denali level 2. However I am still seeing only the delayed data feed on my charts? I have followed all support threads I can find and cannot seem to activate the live Denali feed to show in my charts even though it shows as available in the message log. I have pasted the message log below; hoping it is somthing simple I am missing. For reference the instrument chart I am having the issue with is ESZ23-CME . I cleared message log , did all the steps on Support pages (disconnect, reconnect etc). I was expecting the data feed to auto change from delayed to live (as per some posts on your support forum) but that has not happened. The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
