Hi, i'm a bit confused from all the information im using evaluation account of Apex connected to Rithmic and trade with Ninjatrader i want Sierra TPO market profile charts for analayzing what basically is my options? i saw there is an issue with connecting it to rithmic because it's lack of historical data (does it mean i can see just the same day data and can't previous days data?) the other option i saw is to open a live account just to fund it with 100$, is that so? is there one recomended with no activity fees? then which plan do i need to choose from Sierra? thanks

To begin with, you are on a trial, and as such, you can not connect to a trading service or get any real-time data. During the trial, we want you to use our Delayed Streaming Data (which is free) and learn how to use Sierra Chart. If you want to connect to your APEX account, then you will need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. You can change to a paid package at any time, and your remaining Trial Time will be converted, so you will not lose it. Refer to the information for the Integrated Packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages There is a lack of historical data with Rithmic. If you are not wanting data for more than a few days back, then this should be fine. In order to connect to Rithmic, follow these instructions: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you want to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, you do need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates. Prop Firm accounts, like APEX, do not count towards this requirement. thanks, i will begin with the trail then then if i fund an account from the easy solution with 100$-200$ package 5 should be enough for TPO charts? or i need package 11?

You only need to fund an account if you want real-time data from the CME Group. If you do want this, then you need the funded account and you need to be on package 11 (Integrated Advanced). You also need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data, and eventually activate the exchange. Since this is your first time using our Denali Exchange Data Feed, the remainder of the month in which you activate the CME Group exchange is free. Then you will be charged the exchange fee the first day of the following month.
