I am unable to pan the chart with the mouse left click button? I have set the value "yes" but still cannot move/pan the chart. Chart Drawing Tools: Support Vertical Scaling/Movement With Hand Tool (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> General >> Tool Options) |

Have you selected the hand tool? Alt + H. You can also configure SC to default to the hand tool.
