I made payment in Euro and it charged me in USD.

Hi, while making my payment I had chosen EUR as the payment currency. But eventually it charged me as a USD on my bank account and now I will be charged extra fees because of this. Why did it charge me in USD when I had chosen EURO?

I talked to my bank and they told me the payment can only be cancelled from your end. I would really appreciate if you can return the previous payment so I can do it again in EURO, I suppose via Wire transfer.

Immediate resolution of this will be appreciated!

You made your payment through our provider Stripe. They only do USD payments. The amounts shown as you went through the check out would have been shown as USD and not EUR.

We can refund the amount back to you, but we do not think this will resolve your fee issue, in fact, it will probably generate more fees.

Please refund this payment. I basically used my card (which has Euro payments) so I think it will be ok.

I will do another payment with wire transfer.
