Delayed CME data.

Hello.
I have Market Depth CME subscription. My account is confirmed with my real account in IB.
When I connect to data feed I got Realtime data only few minutes than data change for Delay.
In the same time CFE data works very well without delay.
This happen for example in NQ or ES within regular market session so this is not with any exotics instrument's but most popular ones.
I talked to support few times, sent them logs etc.. finally they send me here.
How to examine this issue?

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After you do this, does the data then become real-time? And does it gradually then become delayed? How long does it take for the data to become delayed and by how much of a delay?

HI.
After reconnect CME data become real-time for about 4 minutes and then become delay.

CFE data as usual real-time.

Actually I see that data is not delayed just stopped. I have more than 1 hour of delay already.

We want you to set this option to Yes:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Always Use Port 443 For Real-time Data (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General) (Always Use Port 443 For Real-time Data)

And reconnect:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

See if that resolves the problem. You definitely have an issue with your Internet connection. When you run a speed test with your Internet connection what speeds do you get for upload and download?

What we can certainly say that you have a problem with your Internet connection.

Try using High Compression:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Use Real-Time Data Compression (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)

And set this setting to 1500:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Remote Buffer Delay Send Time In Milliseconds (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)

Reconnect to the data feed:

Hi.
Still the same.
My internet connection has no problem. I can watch any streaming services as well as Interactive Brokers data, Ninja Trader, MT5 all works perfect.
Please also note that Sierra Chart CFE data works perfect. The problem is only with CME data.
It looks like something cut me out from the CME data after few minutes from reconnecting. Within first few minutes after reconnecting data works good.

Are you in China?

There can be no doubt there is an Internet connectivity issue somewhere even on the computer itself. It could be on the computer, affecting Sierra Chart in some way.

Yes I'm in China. But China do not block such kind of data. They block YouTube, X etc....
How you explain that CFE data works well but CME is blocked by my internet connection or my computer?
Is it possible to make appointment for remote session with support?
