DAX data not working

Dax data has not been updating the past couple of days. Has something changed with eurex ?

Update Sierra Chart to the current version by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. This is not the problem but you are running a significantly older version.

Contact your broker and let them know you are getting this error message:
Symbol Error - FDAX-201409-Eurex is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX message: Product not assigned a gateway: Entry #1

finally got it fixed today.
Support from AMP found a problem with historical eurex data.
They deleted all stored data and reloaded it .
That fixed the problem

As long as it is working, that is good. But historical data has no effect upon a message like this:
FIX message: Product not assigned a gateway: Entry #1

This originates from the TT FIX server.

Still do not have a live feed for eurex.
Have you heard of this with anyone else using eurex this past week ?

We have no other reports of the problem. Restart Sierra Chart and post a copy of the Message Log again by following these instructions:

However, before sending the Message Log, what we want you to do is while the EUREX is open, select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

this time the disconnect / connect did the trick. 8 am est

Amp did forward the message to me.
But I disconnected and reconnected while eurex was closed. I never did it while they were open. My fault. Sorry about the miscue.
