Update Sierra Chart to the current version by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. This is not the problem but you are running a significantly older version. Contact your broker and let them know you are getting this error message: Symbol Error - FDAX-201409-Eurex is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted.
