Can I get a free trial extension please.

Hello. I wanted to ask if it's possible to extend my free trial for an additional 7 days or at least for this weekend since I was not able to take full advantage of the free trial due to lack of time on my schedule. I plan to purchase a service package and data feed at the beginning of next month but would like to ask for an extension so that I can set up my charts and get familiar with SC. I already opened an account with Cannon so that I can use the Teton service. Thank you for your time and I hope you guys are able to accommodate.

Hello. I wanted to ask if it's possible to extend my free trial further more please, if it's possible for an additional 14 days at least, I am new on trading especially on sierra chart, since I was not be able to take full advantage of the free trial due to lack of time from work and my daily life commitment.

You are right, I have just purchased Package 5. I didn't get a response about the trial (but I appreciate this is due to the weekend + time difference).

My main purpose of requesting the extension for the trial was because I wanted a real time data package, but the registration process with Dorman is taking longer than expected. I sent them my documents and signed agreement on Saturday.

I purchased Package 5 because I didn't want to be out of Sierra Chart, but this package is not really what I need.

I was wondering whether there was a way to transfer my package to an integrated package once Dorman open my account and I have deposited? By this, I mean that once they approve me in full, can I pay the difference (- the usage I have already done on Package 5) and be put on to a package with real time data (I will select this shortly). OR, do I have to pay for the real time data package in full again?

I hope this makes sense.

I see there is a Real Time data trial provided? My main requirement is for Gold Futures.

Is this something I can take advantage of? Or did I misread?

Nevertheless, I am waiting for my Dorman set up to complete. I just wanted to use it in the meantime to see how it feels.

The CME Group does give a free trial for the remainder of the month in which you activate your first exchange within our Denali Exchange Data Feed. As stated, this is just for the remainder of the month, it is not an actual 1 month of time. We see that you activated an exchange on December 11, 2024, therefore you have access to the real-time data for the CME Group through the remainder of December. On January 1, 2025 you will need to pay the $39.00 in order to renew the exchange. This will occur automatically as long as you have enough funds in your account on that day.

Even though you have activated the exchange, there are still a few items that you have not completed in order to get the real-time data.
- Change to one of the "Integrated" packages. You can not receive real-time data unless you are on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information here:

To change your package, follow these instructions:

- Complete the Exchange Agreements. You have not properly done this, as you need to have your "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" entered. In order to get real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. You need to enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for that live account. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

- Connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account. This is necessary in order to verify your non-professional standing. If you will not be connected to this account all the time, then you will need to connect at least once a month for verification. When you connect, your "Verified Until" date updates to 30 days in the future. This date needs to be in the future in order to get the real-time data. You can view this date at the following link:
