Delayed CME data

Hi

I have paid for all the CME/ Denali data. However, I keep getting delayed CME data for the 6BM23 future contract. I have followed the instructions and am connecting to the SC Data - all servces - disconnect and then reconnect. For some reason I am having this issue. I used to use Sierra some time back and didnt have any issues. I didn trade from Sierra directly so didnt have a trading account on SC. Is there something I am missing. Please advise.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

hmm okay - I don't remember connecting and disconnecting to a different broker when I was using in a couple of year back but I briefly was a ware of this rule. I imagine, I must have been paying for it is a professional hence I was getting the real time data in the past.

Do you know how I can change my package to become a professional so I can get real time data asap vs opening a trading account else where.
