How to Post a Message for Support

No bid and ask pricing in DOM

I'm so new to this tool. Got the basic $26 version. With that version, should I be able to at least see bid and ask orders and prices coming in. I ask b/c I don't see anything on my DOM. Appreciate any help.

The CFD data we have does not have Market Depth data. This is also true for the FOREX data we offer. One option is to view the market depth data for the S&P 500 Index from the CME Group (symbol: ES). You have access to the Delayed Streaming data for this symbol, which is 10 minutes delayed, and you have the market depth data with that delayed data. If you want to have real-time data for this symbol, then you would need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages and you would have to setup and pay for the data. Also, you have to have a live, funded, futures trading account to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fees.
