Hi Support, We have an issue where sierra is not downloading the data anymore. We can see from the logs provided by the user (attached) that there are a number of servers that are not on the list provided on your website via Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: Internet Ports - Please can you give us an updated list as the user is connecting to ds26.sierracharts.com among other others. We have contacted you previously for the same user under No response from Sierra servers Thanks for your help in advance, Catherine. |
