Teton - limited historical daily data except ES

I was using the Sierra Chart data feed, and have now switched to Teton. Real time CME data is working.
However, the symbols have changed e.g. to NQM23_FUT_CME and the historical daily charts no longer show data before 16 March, except for ES which still shows several years of data.

It is correct that the symbols are different for the Teton Order Routing Service. Each service has its own symbols.

But, if your charts are setup properly, then you should be getting the data back to when you are wanting it to start from. Refer to the following for the main things to check:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data

Following translate to service, update symbol settings, then Delete all data and download then select all then ok worked thanks.

I am using Denali data feed and when loading historical data, it only goes back about 8 months. I have set the number of day to download passed that date and still only get about 8 months of data. Can you confirm that is the case with Denali historical data, and if so, how can I download more data? Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the reply. As my current service I have "Teton CME Order Routing" so I dont believe I should change that. From the Edit menu, I selected "Delete all Data and Download" but that did not resolve the problem.

Could you please provide some additional help to solve this issue? Thanks!!!
