Hi, thanks for the reply. As my current service I have "Teton CME Order Routing" so I dont believe I should change that. From the Edit menu, I selected "Delete all Data and Download" but that did not resolve the problem.

Could you please provide some additional help to solve this issue? Thanks!!!
