Delayed Data Issues

Hi team,

I just updated to 11 - Integrated Advanced and also activated the CME $11.5 reoccurring monthly payment and I'm still seeing Delayed Data on my charts. I have went to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and double checked that I have Teton CME Order Routing active and my Clearing Firm listed and clicked OK. I've also went to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings > Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds and it is set to Yes. I then went to File and Disconnected and closed out of my platform; waited a bit then opened up my charts and made sure all looked good and then Connect to Data Feed. I still have Delayed Data. Can you help me to get Live Feed?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Hi Mr. John,

I'm still seeing Delayed Data. I tried to copy and post the message Log, but I didn't have that option. I did send for Analysis. I am still seeing Delayed at the top of my screen for symbol MYMM23_FUT_CME[M]. I was hoping that you could remote into my computer and see what might be the issue.

Yes you will be getting delayed data for that because you do not have the CBOT exchange active. You can do that here:
