Hi team, I just updated to 11 - Integrated Advanced and also activated the CME $11.5 reoccurring monthly payment and I'm still seeing Delayed Data on my charts. I have went to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and double checked that I have Teton CME Order Routing active and my Clearing Firm listed and clicked OK. I've also went to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings > Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds and it is set to Yes. I then went to File and Disconnected and closed out of my platform; waited a bit then opened up my charts and made sure all looked good and then Connect to Data Feed. I still have Delayed Data. Can you help me to get Live Feed? Thank you, Nick |
