Denali + Rithmic (just order routing) No historical and live data

SC service package 12 Non-professional CME/CBOT/NYMEX COMEX data. Using Denali for data and Rithmic just for order routing. When I use SC Data - All Services I get a historical and live feed but when I switch to Rithmic Direct - DTC (trading) I don't get historical or live data. The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
