Sent payment on 04/26 as trial was ending on 04/30. Continued to recieve payment processing notification. Today is says usage time has ended. Please advise as i do not want to lose my Tpo chart that i have setup with numerous studies. Thank you |

I had chosen the service pack 11 - is this the correct level required for TPO charting and studies? I also would like to get live ES futures data\ but i have a TD trading account. I filled out some of the papers required for no-professional but then seemed to hit a snag Your advise greatly appreciated Thank you |

You still have not selected a package. Refer to the instructions here for this: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions In terms of the data, you will need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data to get the ES futures data. But, you need to keep in mind that in order to get the data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect Sierra Chart at least once a month.
