On my main chartbook a 10-range chart keeps poping up. I have attached a picture of this. How do I stop this chart from coming back? Thank You

Have you deleted all those charts and saved your chartbook, and yet they come back again?

If the Chartbook is named "0nlyRiiskChartBook.Cht" then the issue is that the Chartbook was shared with you and you have not renamed it. Therefore, every time you log into Sierra Chart, you are redownloading this file which has all those charts in it.

You can stop the download of this file by going to the following link and selecting the "Delete" button for that chart, and any other items you no longer want to automatically download. Note that if you want to get them again, you would have to ask the person that originally sent them to send them again.

The other option is to simply save these files to another name, and then work from the new one. Then if you need the other file for anything, it will be there for you.

The first thing to do at this point, is to save the Chartbook to a different name. This way, you will not have the issue any further when you open the chartbook with the new name. You can save the chartbook to a new name by selecting File >> Save As.

Then use the Operating System to delete the previous chartbook. From what we see on your account, the file should not return to your system. But check in a day or two and see if it is there. If it is, then please let us know.

found it I did everything stated and it was still happening. I did look at the charts that it was refereeing too and found the same studies in all of them and took that off. that solved the problem.
