If the Chartbook is named "0nlyRiiskChartBook.Cht" then the issue is that the Chartbook was shared with you and you have not renamed it. Therefore, every time you log into Sierra Chart, you are redownloading this file which has all those charts in it. You can stop the download of this file by going to the following link and selecting the "Delete" button for that chart, and any other items you no longer want to automatically download.
