The first thing to do at this point, is to save the Chartbook to a different name. This way, you will not have the issue any further when you open the chartbook with the new name. You can save the chartbook to a new name by selecting File >> Save As. Then use the Operating System to delete the previous chartbook. From what we see on your account, the file should not return to your system. But check in a day or two and see if it is there. If it is, then please let us know.
