Hi

So I've just activated my data feed but I can only see delayed data on my charts.

Please help

The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

Thanks for your reply.

I tried to connect my live account (AMP Clearing) to meet CME Group market data rules for non-professionals via your instructions above -

I went to global settings - data/trade service settings (which was initially set at SC Data _ ALL Services, so I just kept it at this setting) then file - disconnect - connect to data feed.

However I am still getting delayed data

I cant seem to connect to CQG WebAPI just says 'logon unsuccessful: Too frequent logon attempts'
