Still have delayed data after connecting to Ironbeam and Denali - paid and activated

Hi There,

I have gone through all the steps to connect to Ironbeam (my broker), denali data feed, I've paid for the data and activated, but I'm still getting dealyed data on my charts.

Please help.

You should be getting real-time data.

However, at this time the markets are closed.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes.

After that reconnect to the data feed:

File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Wrong. Futures markets are closed on the weekends.

If you are still not receiving real-time data:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
