We are aware that some G-Link customers are reporting disconnects on their "B" feed. Support is investigating.

This did affect CME order routing on Teton order routing for some customers, and it may have interrupted some of our CME feeds. We will make sure there is no missing data at the end of the day.

Our Teton order routing and CME market data processing, gracefully handles this condition and if it was connected on the B feed side, it will then have switched over to the A feed side as quickly as possible. This process may have taken about one minute for order routing and about two or three minutes for market data.

During the interruption, new orders, order modifications, order cancellations would have been nonresponsive and would have timed out, or would have been expressly rejected.


These would not be resent to the exchange. It is possible some of these did get through. Once the connectivity was established, the order list will have been updated and you will have been able to see the status of your orders.

You then would have been able to take the necessary action on your orders at that time.

When we went to patch the missing historical data, our other primary server which records historical data was missing data at this time as well, but for a different reason.

So this data at this time is still not patched.

We will be patching the missing data but we can only patch it with 1 Minute data. When we have to use data from another source, working with tick data from other sources is far too difficult.

This issue with missing data will not happen again. The underlying issue has been resolved.
