During the interruption, new orders, order modifications, order cancellations would have been nonresponsive and would have timed out, or would have been expressly rejected. These would not be resent to the exchange. It is possible some of these did get through. Once the connectivity was established, the order list will have been updated and you will have been able to see the status of your orders.
