Delayed Data after the start of a new month

Hello! Ive been using Sierra chart for the past few weeks with no problem but jus recently today i logged in and had delayed data even though i paid for all my services. Ive tried to restart Sierra chart, change the feed back and forth and reconnected it. I still have delayed data and im confused on what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Thank you for the reply. I reactivated my real time data and signed the agreement you posted. After that it worked for a few minutes and stopped. I went to go check the data agreements and saw i was marked as a professional trader now... Im talking with someone on a support ticket aswell about this. For "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" if i leave this blank on the clearing firm and trading account #, will this mark me as a professional trader? Not sure what happened

They have a requirement that in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, you have to have a live, funded, futures trading account.
